Returns + Exchanges

We gladly offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customers who purchased Checkout+ at checkout will receive a free return label. If you did not choose Checkout+, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your package is on its way, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

For international orders shipped via USPS, your package will be handed off to your country’s local postal service once it clears customs.

After this handoff, tracking updates may be limited on the USPS website. For the most detailed and up-to-date delivery information, we recommend entering your tracking number directly on your local postal service’s website.

Delivery timelines, tracking visibility, and final-mile service may vary by country.
